Anyone know how to do this:

My question is, how do you do all these cool colors that go on the brush of that picture?

Here is the website from which you can download the brush and try it:

I would much appreciate it.

Changing the colors and blending modes of the brushes in seperate layers.

It could be as simple as putting one brush with a new layer on top of it and applying a 20% color blending mode to it.

I know this is too much to ask but can you explain to me where do you go to get the blending modes?

Here I made this for you.

It's an MP4 so you should be able to play it if you have VLC +/or Latest Codecs.

if not, get K-Lite Codec Pack.

When you have some spare time, check out some photoshop tutorial sites like tutvid, tutorialized, and pstuts, they often have a lot of helpful tutorials on getting to know stuff in photoshop, and how to make cool effects/images.

Tutvid doesn't have as many tutorials, but I have found them pretty useful.
